Assistant Principal – Mr. Terry Alexander
It's a great day to be a Lion! I have said that to myself everyday since starting as the Assistant Principal at New Boston High School. It's an honor and privilege to work with the staff and it's humbling to be trusted with the students of this community.
The thing I'm most proud of in this world are my 2 children who will be entering the 12th and 8th grade. My hobbies include following them with their activities which include band, volleyball, and softball. In my free time I enjoy traveling and experiencing the beautiful landscape of our country. I'm an avid football and baseball fan and the two teams I've stood behind my whole life are the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros.
I have been in education for 14 years, with 11 of those coming in NE Texas. I earned a Bachelor's degree in 2007 from Sam Houston State University. My teaching emphasis was in History and Government. I completed a Master's degree from Texas A&M Texarkana in Educational Leadership in 2017. I'll be entering my fourth year as a High School administrator.
I am looking forward to having a great 2021-2022 school year!
